Statement from Alan; Cheri Ward & I have lots of good & bad history. We worked together in another MLM and there was some challenges that we were confronted with and unfortunately we went our separate ways. I was introduced to BTC Global by a friend and my MN number is 10225. I spoke to Madelyn and Cheri after I joined & they were concerned about me joining becasue there was a bit of history & nobody wanted a repeat episode. I spoke to Steven personally & yes I screen shotted our conversation as I & everyone else was concerned that this could be a ponzi. I was more than in my right to do a due diligence and find out for myself the legitimacy of this project rather than going by hearsay only. Steven Twain Sent me screen shots of his trading history on FB Messenger, which gave me a bit of comfort. Due to my risk appetite I decided to invest, even though there was no transparency whatsoever. Cheri and I connected again recently and we have both decided to put the bad blood behind us as we are both professionals and professional network marketers. MLM in South Africa is a very small community and we feel that it better that we combine efforts rather than but heads. Her communication to Steven is her protecting her baby *BTC Global", as this what we are taught in MLM school. We man the fort and protect the house! If I was in her position I would do the exact same thing. You can't expect everyone to get a long all the time. There will always be challenges. I am great full for the opportunity while it lasted and also grateful for Cheri's leadership & ability to move on (regarding our challenges). I look forward to working with Cheri & team again on other ventures as I have no doubt that she was in any way involved with the creation of Steven Twain. Her MN number and evidence on the web site she created, proves this unequivocally. It is very sad how everyone has resorted to finding a scape goat rather than taking responsibility for their own investment practices. If you lost more than what you could afford, the only one to blame is yourself. This is harsh but the reality of it all. Investing has risk. We all know this. It is time to man up and take full responsibility for your investing actions and stop blaming everyone else. Be a victor rather than a victim. Alan Solarsh The Passive Income Guru Statement from Cheri; Alan Solarsh joined BTC Global and I was informed of his sign up purely because we have a history together. Alan and I have not always seen eye to eye and had some serious business and personal disagreements. When I heard he had joined I was less than pleased and I was suspicious because he had taken screen shots of his communications with Steven very early on. In hind sight I can understand why he did that. Alan may not always be the most eloquent guy but he is a good businessman with a keen eye for a good opportunity. He is a seasoned networker and although we have never built a traditional MLM together (we were in opposing companies) I have worked with him on other projects. He is driven and motivated and keeps his course. Yes, like many of us he has made some bad business decisions but 9/10 times he gets it right. What I learnt from Alan is that you cannot lose heart. You cannot give up. You may risk on the wrong platform but it’s not about how many times you get it wrong… It is about the times you get it right and learning from anything that didn’t go according to plan. Alan asked me to remove the conversation I had with Steven regarding him joining and me not trusting him. I declined. I will not alter or change my communications with Steven in any way as I see this as compromising the authenticity of that communications. Alan had nothing to do with BTC Global admin or leadership. In typical Alan style he did his own thing and grew his team independently from me and any of the other leaders as he does with all the platforms he promotes. He is a firm believer in multiple streams of passive income and his success speaks for itself. Alan and I are both leaders in the MLM industry with very different approaches. I have seen him and his family attacked and threatened too and although I may not like the guy I can appreciate the stress and pressure this has put him and his wife under. No one deserves that. I decided to set the record straight RE Alan, the businessman he clearly is and the fact that I may not like him is irrelevant. He did nothing wrong. Like all of us, he did his homework RE Steven. He promoted this based on the information he was able to gather and he was always very clear about the risks involved. By his own admission he also became complacent with BTC Global based on consistent payments which no one can deny. He had an excellent disclaimer on all his videos and social media accounts (we even “stole” it and used it because it was so clear and well put). Alan has decided like many other members, to move on and bounce back. I am not there yet. Maybe someday... I can with surety say that Alan is NOT Steven Twain and he has his teams’ interests at heart. At the end of the day, what he says about multiple streams of income makes perfect sense and I agree with him that having all your eggs in one basket is not smart in this economy. I am not sure I will be joining him in any of his ventures just yet but I do wish him and his family all the best and I know (I have seen it time and again) that people with his kind of tenacity, consistency and persistence will only move from strength to strength. It should also be said that although Alan may have lost some serious bitcoin in BTC Global, he has never been rude, threatening or condescending towards me or any other leaders and for that I can only respect him. I have subsequently communicated with Alan and we have buried our differences. Cheri Ward
